In 2005, the company was listed among the key fostered start-up enterprises of Science and Technology Bureau of Hangzhou.

In July,2004, the company successfully developed the first set of low-temperature dehumidification system of satellite fairing for the satellite base.

In 2003, Purui Technology Co., Ltd. was restructured (the second restructuring of Zhejiang Paper Research Institute). The company was divided into two parts. Based on the integration of existing dehumidification businesses,Hangzhou Peritech Dehumidifying Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded.
